Shipping

General Information

We prepare orders within a usual maximum of 24 working hours from order confirmation, provided the products are in stock.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm are typically prepared and dispatched the same working day. However, this may vary during periods of high demand, special campaigns, public holidays or due to logistical reasons beyond Cobalto Accesorios' control.

We will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframes. If you believe there is an unusual delay, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to:

• Mainland Spain
• Portugal
• Balearic Islands

We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the European Union.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipments are usually managed through MCB Express and its associated logistics network.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information.

    • Standard shipping: FREE
    • Express shipping: €2
  • Orders under €60:
    • Standard shipping: €5
    • Express shipping: €7

  Estimated delivery times:
  Standard shipping: 24 to 72 working hours.
  Express shipping: 24 working hours.

• Portugal
  • Orders over €60:
    • Standard shipping: €3
  • Orders under €60:
    • Standard shipping: €8

  Estimated delivery time: 3 working days.

• Balearic Islands
  • Orders over €60:
    • Standard shipping: €10
  • Orders under €60:
    • Standard shipping: €15

  Estimated delivery time: Approximately 3 working days.

Important

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistical issues, periods of high demand, public holidays or circumstances beyond Cobalto Accesorios' control.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for exact delivery times lies with the logistics provider.

Personalised Jewellery

Personalised or made-to-order jewellery has different preparation and delivery times from standard orders.

Specific production timeframes will be indicated on the relevant product page.

Click & Collect

If you are based in Valencia or prefer to collect your order in person, you can select the "Collect in store" option free of charge.

Click-and-collect orders are prepared during our opening hours and are usually ready within approximately 1 to 2 hours, provided the products are available in store.

During periods of high demand, special campaigns or for personalised products, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.

Click-and-collect orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days from the availability notification.

For click-and-collect orders, payment is not captured until the product is collected and inspected in store.

Exceptions

For logistical reasons, we do not currently ship to:

• Canary Islands
• Ceuta
• Melilla
