The Our Lady of the Forsaken Necklace features a filigree silhouette of Valencia's patron saint, la Mareta, on a mother-of-pearl acetate medal on an elastic lycra cord with gold-plated accents. You put it over your head, and once it's on, you adjust it yourself: pull the ends to shorten or lengthen it to your liking.
